Originally hailing from the Buckeye State of Ohio, Werdperfect now calls the heart of Los Angeles home. It was here that he crafted Dog Daze, his upcoming debut LP on Man Bites Dog Records that features memorable collaborations alongside label mates Double A.B., Dub Sonata, Bless Picasso, Pawz One and fellow Ohio lyricist Copywrite. Werd — a double threat emcee/producer himself — crafted a bulk of the album, with the exception of The Kickdrums-produced Immortals, and Brimstone featuring Eto, produced by Dub Sonata. The album gives the listener a genuine look into the mind of a multi-faceted artist traversing the city of angels, scribing his life over kicks and snares.
