Da Joint, Tony Killa, Jako, Wuou Verde, Nico 99', Gandhi, RD4E, Krxdo Zkillz, JFRN, Sure, Crii, South Paw, Demone, Iron, Sdee, Old Ge Mucha Mente' is a collective project between various beatmakers, mc's, producers and designers from the northernmost neighborhoods of the Ecuadorian capital. The result of this confluence is this short-ep that represents an attempt to make visible the mental chains that are imposed in various ways by this domesticating and cannibalistic system. But it also rescues the intellectual and emancipatory potential of thousands of 'many minds' who resist the systemic processes of oppression of modernity through art, music and Hip Hop. They may try to lock up and chain our 'brains', but they will not stop thinking like Antonio Gramsci.
