Definitely Inspired by Maya Angelou's poem as I wrote the hook after reading the poem one day. The lyrics to the verses came just as they sound like a barrage of words and emotions fighting to rise in come up in a sin sick world of constant bombardment and distractions and lies and false promises. Going through our due process in our sojourn with a lot piled on us as a people, still we rise... Enjoy and share this expression. Love
